Bukwang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is holding a campaign for Feroba-You SR Tab. to raise awareness on iron deficiency in menopausal women and men aged 65 years or older, as well as pregnant women, all of whom have a high risk of iron deficiency.
According to recent studies, iron deficiency occurs in about 10% of menopausal women and 17% of men aged 65 years or older, but the elderly population is not very aware of the importance of taking iron supplements. To improve the situation, Bukwang has started a Disease Awareness Campaign which has been well-received by the pharmacies.
Bukwang’s representative said, “We are aiming to approach iron deficiency patients of all age with a familiar and friendly brand image of Feroba-You SR Tab., heralding the new slogan of ‘Together with Feroba-You.’”
